Disclosure/Rebate Schedule

HomeServe USA Repair Management (Florida) Corp. (HSRMF) will offer the purchasers of the following home service contracts (sold in connection with HSRMF’s relationship with FPL Energy Services) an instant rebate for these home warranty products provided by Northcoast Warranty Services, License #49123. The amount of and the availability of the rebate will by no means depend upon the age, sex, race, nationality, ethnic origin, marital status, or occupation of the consumer. The rebate will be available to all customers purchasing this coverage. The plans are as follows:

Cooling System Plans:
For the cooling system plan covering heat pumps, which normally costs $29.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $14.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $29.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.  

For the cooling system plan which covers heat pumps and provides an annual tune up, which normally costs $37.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $18.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $37.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.

Exterior Electrical Line Coverage: 
For the exterior electrical line system plan, which normally costs $4.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $2.49 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $4.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.

 Interior Electrical Line Coverage: 
For the interior electrical line system plan, which normally costs $6.49, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $3.24 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $6.49 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.

Water Heater Repair and Replacement Plan:

  • Your plan starts 30 days after your order is processed. You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts.

  • You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund; cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable).
